Flower Remedies

Bach Flower Remedy bottleWhat are Flower Remedies?
At the SUCH Project we use the English Flower Remedies, also known as the Bach Flower Remedies. There are 38 remedies altogether, made from different plants. Each one deals with a particular emotional state.

Flower remedies restore our balance and equilibrium by helping us with the uncomfortable feelings we experience and guiding us to a more positive frame of mind.

Flower remedies can help with emotional distress. They are very safe to use. The remedies treat the whole person, rather than a disease or symptom.

How are they used?
You can use 6-7 remedies at a time. The remedies are preserved in brandy. To start with, two drops of the appropriate remedy is mixed into a small glass of water. If a course is recommended, 4 drops should be taken daily in water or herbal teas/juices. Flower Remedies are best kept in the fridge.

The SUCH Project uses the Flower Remedies for helping individuals to cope with negative emotional states. We encourage our clients to use them in their drinks when they come and see us.
