Relaxation sessions use simple techniques to improve self-confidence, relieve stress and bring a sense of well-being.

Music is played to aid relaxation and a script is selected to suit the individual's needs.  Relaxation sessions can help to reduce stress and pain.  They also build up the ego so the client feels better about themselves.

Relaxation sessions can teach the conscious mind to listen the messages of the unconscious and send clear signals to the conscious mind.

This is a very relaxing therapy using imagery to aid creative problem solving with an emphasis on positive outcomes.
